Information submitted through our website, contact form, or client portal is used to review your project and determine next steps.

Submitting a form does not create a contract, guarantee availability, or confirm that LUXON will accept the project.

Any estimate, proposal, timeline, or budget range provided before a signed agreement is preliminary and may change after site review, material review, scope review, engineering review, or client changes.

Prices shown or discussed through the website, email, phone, or consultation are not final unless confirmed in a written agreement or signed proposal.

Final pricing may depend on:

• Site conditions
• Material availability
• Project scope
• Engineering requirements
• Permits
• Subcontractor pricing
• Client selections
• Changes requested by the client
• Unforeseen conditions

The client portal may allow clients to submit project details, request services, view project information, access documents, and track referral rewards.

Client portal features may change over time.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. LUXON is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords, shared credentials, or client-side security issues.

If you upload drawings, photos, plans, documents, or other project files, you confirm that you have the right to share those materials with LUXON.

You allow LUXON to use uploaded files for project review, estimating, communication, planning, service delivery, and business records.

Do not upload confidential third-party information unless you have permission to share it.

LUXON may offer a referral or partner program.

Each eligible client may receive a personal referral code.

If a referred person uses a valid referral code and completes a paid project with LUXON, the referring person may be eligible to receive a reward equal to 5% of the final paid project value.

Example: If a referred client completes and pays for a $20,000 project, the referral reward may be $1,000.

Referral program rules:

• The referral code must be submitted before or during the first project request.
• Rewards apply only to completed and paid projects.
• Rewards are not paid on cancelled, unpaid, refunded, disputed, or incomplete projects.
• LUXON may review and approve all referral rewards before payout.
• LUXON may request identity, payment, or tax information before issuing a payout.
• Referral rewards cannot be combined with another referral claim unless approved by LUXON.
• LUXON may modify, pause, or cancel the referral program at any time.
• Abuse, fraud, duplicate claims, or misleading referrals may result in disqualification.

Payment terms, deposits, progress payments, and final payments will be defined in a written agreement, invoice, or project contract.

Late payments, unpaid balances, or change orders may affect project timelines.

Project timelines are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in a signed written agreement.

Timelines may be affected by:

• Weather
• Material availability
• Permits
• Inspections
• Engineering changes
• Client approvals
• Scope changes
• Trade scheduling
• Site conditions
• Delays outside LUXON’s control

Any changes to the agreed project scope may require additional pricing, additional time, and written approval.

Change orders may include changes to labour, materials, design, scheduling, subcontractors, or site conditions.

The LUXON name, logo, website content, images, design, text, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to LUXON.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use LUXON materials without written permission.

Website content is provided for general information only.

Images, project examples, descriptions, and service information may not represent every project condition or available option.

LUXON may update, remove, or modify website content at any time.

Our website may use third-party services such as hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, payment tools, or client management systems.

LUXON is not responsible for interruptions, errors, policies, or security practices of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUXON is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, form submissions, delayed communications, or reliance on website information.

Nothing in these Terms limits obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.
